Getting to and around Montauk

Getting around Montauk

SCT's East Hampton On-Demand zone covers Montauk, daily 6 AM to 8 PM, for the standard $2.25 fare. SCT's bus Route 92 does not reach Montauk. Two weekday LIRR shuttle trips, numbered 92 and 94 in the timetable data, end there.

Viking Fleet's Block Island ferry leaves from 462 West Lake Drive in Montauk Harbor. Its 2026 season ran April 10 to October 19, with adult one-way fares at $45 online and parking at $15 a day. The 2027 schedule had not been posted at the time of writing. See the Block Island ferry page.
