Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner is a separate coach line from Manhattan to the South Fork. It prices fares dynamically from $34 to $62, assigns your seat, and has no pay-on-board option.
Fares and schedules checked October 2026.
It is not the Hampton Jitney. Luxury Liner runs its own buses, its own reservation system and its own timetable, and it makes fewer stops. The comparison page Jitney vs Luxury Liner covers the trade-offs. Below is what the operator publishes. Southampton and Montauk trips are on the Southampton and Montauk route pages, and price comparisons are on the cheapest way page.
Fares and rules
- Fares vary with demand and how far ahead you book, and currently run from $34 to $62.
- All fares are paid in advance by credit card. There is no pay-on-board option.
- Seat selection is included at no extra charge.
- Cancelling before the day of travel costs $10 and on the day $20. Changing to a trip that costs the same or less has no fee.
- Pets travel in an enclosed carrier small enough to sit on your lap and cost $20.
- There is no stop near LaGuardia or JFK, according to the operator's FAQ.
- Using the operator's E-Wallet can save up to 20 percent, per its FAQ.
Stops and times
The operator's schedule page was headed "Summer 2026 beginning 6/25" when checked. It lists two Manhattan pickups, Hudson Yards and Lexington Avenue at 39th and 40th Streets. Because it is a summer-labeled page, treat the times as a guide and book against the live system.
- Six South Fork stops: Southampton, Watermill, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk

Who it suits
Luxury Liner suits travelers who want a guaranteed seat on a quieter bus and are comfortable booking ahead on a card. It does not suit anyone who needs the Brooklyn pickups, the Westhampton Line, a pay-on-board fallback or an airport connection. For those, use the Jitney.
